Welcome from the Director

Hello and thank you for visiting our website. My name is Tailor Ferrie and I have the privilege of leading the great team of people here at Crossroads Academy Preschool. When doing my job, I constantly ask myself and my staff, “how would you want someone to treat your child?” I would want nothing less than the very best love, protection, nurturing and teaching that one can offer.

You may be asking the question, “what sets us apart from other daycares?”. My answer to

that question is to not bring others down in your eyes but rather just point out the things that I love most about what we do here at Crossroads Academy Preschool.

First of all, I am so thankful that we are a faith-based school that is supported in prayer by a great group of people at Crossroads Christ Fellowship. To teach our students about the love of Christ and helping form a great foundation for them in their faith is very important and necessary. Our desire is to minister to every family that comes through our doors. Ways we strive to do this is by providing a secured facility, warm and nurturing environment, nutritious meals and snacks and a daily routine with age-appropriate curriculum that helps each child in their socialization, life skills as well as academically. Our reputation for Kindergarten readiness supersedes us in both Anderson and Knox County Schools.

By no means are we perfect, but you will not find a more dedicated group of people striving to provide the best care possible for your child. We understand that the most formative years in a child’s life falls in between birth and 3 years of age. With this in mind, all our staff goes through training annually to help prepare them to teach and care for children in their specific age groups that they are working with.

I hope you will call our office and allow us to give you a personal tour of our school and see if this is a good fit for you and your family. Here at Crossroads Academy Preschool, we ARE family!

Thankful to Serve,

Tailor Ferrie
